Unerase Undelete Files

Last weekend we had a scheduled photoshoot (I moonlight as a photographer duing weekends) my 2nd shooter accidentally deleted the images on his CF card.
Trouble was the files didn’t show up on the Recycle bin (the windows purgatory of deleted files if you will). So he panicked.
Anyhow back in the days when I was in college I remember that as long as no new files were copied over to the data storage (in this case the CF card) we have an almost 100% chance of retrieving the files. The only problem was what to use.
During those times we were using Norton’s PC Tools but that running under DOS hehehe. So I had to find another tool.
Luckily I found this awesome freeware, Brian Kato’s restoration tool.
